About America's Parade AugUST 1, 2026
Our Story
Working in collaboration with the City of Florence to host America's Parade on August 1, 2026 in downtown Florence, Colorado. This special occasion parade celebrating our nation's 250th birthday and our state's 150th birthday is going to be a once-in-a-generation event honoring our country, our state and our community!
After quickly organizing the America's Parade in less than 60 days, the Aspen Acres fire threatened Fremont County and caused mandatory evacuations. The parade committee voted to reschedule to keep the main emergency artery open during these times. After our area downgraded and the fire shifted, we were able to reschedule the parade for Colorado Day - August 1st and began the reorganization and promotion of America's Parade with less than 3 weeks before it's reschedule date.
